Thank you for using Noirajya.com. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how deliveries are managed on our community-driven platform.
1. Platform Role
- Noirajya acts solely as a digital platform connecting customers with local shops (“Vendors”).
- We do not sell, ship, or deliver any products ourselves.
- All deliveries are arranged and managed directly by the Vendor or their chosen delivery partners.
2. Delivery Responsibility
Each Vendor is fully responsible for handling their own delivery process.
Vendors may choose to:
- Deliver items personally,
- Use in-house staff or family members, or
- Collaborate with local delivery drivers or community delivery cooperatives in their area.
Delivery charges (if applicable) are set by the Vendor and should be clearly mentioned on their profile or during order confirmation.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery times depend on the Vendor’s location, product availability, & delivery arrangements.
- As each shop operates independently, delivery schedules may vary.
- Customers are advised to contact the Vendor directly through chat or call for delivery updates.
- Noirajya cannot guarantee delivery times or service speed.
4. Delivery Coverage
- Each Vendor may define their own delivery radius or service area.
- Before placing an order, customers should confirm coverage with the Vendor to ensure their address is eligible for delivery.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
All payments are made directly to the Vendor (or their assigned delivery driver) at the time of delivery.
Please:
- Verify the items before making payment,
- Collect a delivery receipt or confirmation (if provided), &
- Keep records for your own protection.
Noirajya does not process or mediate payments between Customers & Vendors.
6. Disputes or Issues
- If you face problems such as late delivery, damaged goods, or non-delivery, please contact the Vendor directly using the platform chat or the contact details on their shop page.
- In case of unresolved disputes, we recommend involving mutually trusted community members for fair local resolution.
- At this time, Noirajya cannot offer direct dispute resolution or refunds, but we may provide optional communication support tools in the future.
7. Community Delivery Drivers
- Deliveries may also be handled by independent community drivers registered on the platform.
- These drivers are not employees or representatives of Noirajya.
- All coordination, payments, and service quality are managed between the Vendor, the Driver, and the Customer.
- Noirajya is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues arising from third-party or community driver deliveries.
8. Platform Limitation of Responsibility
Noirajya’s role is limited to providing a digital communication and discovery platform. We are not involved in product handling, storage, delivery, or payment processing. We do not guarantee:
- Delivery speed or success,
- Product condition upon arrival, or
- Conduct of Vendors or Drivers.
All delivery-related transactions occur solely between the involved parties.
9. Policy Updates
Noirajya may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy periodically to reflect changes in law, community practices, or platform operations. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
