What is Noirajya?
Noirajya is a local eCommerce platform designed to empower small retailers. It helps you connect with nearby customers (within 3 km) through your own digital storefront — without paying commissions or relying on corporate marketplaces.
How is Noirajya different from other platforms?
Noirajya doesn’t take commissions, handle your payments, or control your deliveries. You stay in charge of your business — pricing, delivery, customer service, & profits are entirely yours. You just pay a small monthly membership fees to keep your shop active & visible.
Do I need technical skills?
Not at all! Noirajya is made for everyone. You can add products, upload pictures, and chat with customers directly from your phone.
Shop Visibility & Orders
How do customers find my shop?
On Homepage, Noirajya shows users shops within a 3 km radius of their location sorted by distance from user’s location. This keeps everything free fair for business local, trusted, & community-driven. You can offer your regular customers pickup & order delivery from this platform.
How are orders placed?
- A customer places order from shop’s profile.
- You will get a email or notification.
- You confirm the order & arrange delivery or pickup directly with the customer.
Payments & Fees
How do payments work?
All payments are handled directly between you & your customer.
You can accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Other preferred local payment methods
Noirajya doesn’t process payments or take any cut from your sales.
Does Noirajya charge any commission?
No commissions, ever. We only charge a flat monthly membership fee to keep your shop visible to customers.
What if I don’t renew my membership?
Your shop will be hidden from public listings, but your data remains safe. You can reactivate anytime by renewing your membership.
Deliveries
Who delivers the orders?
You decide how to handle deliveries:
- Deliver yourself,
- Hire a local delivery driver, or
- Partner with a Community Delivery Cooperative in your area.
Delivery fees & payments are settled directly between you & the driver.
How should I communicate with drivers?
Use In-App Chat to coordinate delivery times, routes, & COD handovers for record keeping. Keep communication clear, polite, and transparent. You can also communicate using phone number for delivery coordination.
Disputes & Support
What if there’s a dispute with a customer or driver?
Noirajya encourages direct communication & local resolution. If necessary, involve mutually trusted community members for mediation. Noirajya currently doesn’t enforce settlements, refunds, or compensation — but we may offer optional dispute support tools in the future.

Can delivery drivers also register as sellers?
Absolutely. Drivers can register their own shops or offer additional services. We welcome multi-role participation — it helps the entire community grow together.
Products & Policies
What products can I sell?
You can sell any legal & community-appropriate products — groceries, clothes, electronics, handmade goods, etc. Illegal, restricted, or counterfeit items are not allowed. Check out Prohibited Products Policy page for detailed information.
Can multiple people manage my shop?
Yes. You can share access with trusted staff or family to help manage orders, chats, or deliveries.
