At Noirajya.com, we want to keep our marketplace safe, legal, and trustworthy. Vendors must follow this Prohibited Products Policy when listing items on the Platform.
Items Not Allowed
Vendors may not sell, list, or promote the following:
Illegal or Restricted Items
- Narcotics, drugs, or banned substances
- Alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, or vaping products
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapons
- Hazardous chemicals or substances
Medicines & Health Products
- Prescription medicines without a valid prescription
- Unapproved or counterfeit health products
- Fake or misleading medical devices
Intellectual Property Violations
- Counterfeit, pirated, or stolen goods
- Fake branded products
- Copyrighted material without authorization
Harmful or Offensive Items
- Obscene or pornographic content
- Products promoting hate, violence, or discrimination
- Items that may cause harm to individuals or society
Others (Not Allowed on the Platform)
- Live animals or wildlife products
- Human body parts or related items
- Lottery tickets, gambling items, or betting services
- Currency, coins, or counterfeit money
Vendor Responsibility
- Vendors must ensure all listed products comply with local laws and regulations.
- Vendors are responsible for product safety, authenticity, and legality.
- Any violation of this Policy may result in removal of products or suspension of the Vendor’s account.
Platform Rights
- We may remove any product that violates this Policy without notice.
- We may suspend or permanently block Vendors who repeatedly break these rules.
- We are not responsible for illegal listings by Vendors.
