What is Noirajya?
Noirajya is a digital community platform that helps you discover and connect with local shops and services in your area. You can browse nearby stores, chat directly with sellers, and place pickup or local delivery orders — all within a few kilometers of your location.
Is Noirajya an online store?
No — Noirajya does not sell products. It’s a platform where local vendors list their goods and customers connect with them directly. All purchases, deliveries, and payments happen between you and the shop.
Does Noirajya charge customers any fee?
No. Browsing, chatting, and ordering through Noirajya are completely free for customers.
💬 Ordering & Communication
How do I place an order?
Simply find a local shop from the homepage, open their storefront, & add items from the shop to Cart before Checkout just like regular online ordering. You can also message the local store through In-App Chat to confirm your order, price, & schedule delivery/pickup details. Please check Shop Profile before Checkout to get Delivery Fees.
Can I chat with the seller before ordering?
Yes! In fact, Noirajya encourages it. You can ask about prices, availability, delivery timing, or customization directly before confirming your purchase.
Can I order from multiple shops?
No. You can chat & order from one Shop at a time. But you can place multiple seperate orders with as many local shops as you like — each will manage their own delivery or pickup arrangements.
🚚 Delivery & Pickup
Who delivers my order?
Deliveries are handled independently by the shop or by community drivers who collaborate with local vendors. Noirajya does not manage or assign deliveries.
Can I track my order?
Currently, delivery tracking depends on the shop or driver. You can stay updated directly through chat. In future versions, Noirajya may offer optional delivery tracking features.
What if my order is delayed or not delivered?
Please contact the shop directly through chat. Noirajya is not involved in delivery management, but communication between you and the vendor ensures transparency.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely. Many local shops offer self-pickup options, allowing you to visit the store & pay directly. Chat with Shop to schedule Pickup.
💰 Payments
How do I pay for my order?
Local shops accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment terms are set directly between you and the vendor.
Does Noirajya handle payments?
Noirajya does not collect or process payments. All payments occur directly between customers and vendors.
What if there’s a payment issue or I want a refund?
You’ll need to resolve it directly with the shop by visiting shop profile & contacting their shop customer support. You can also chat with them directly. Noirajya does not handle refunds or disputes but encourages maintaining clear proof of payment and delivery.
🛍️ Product Quality & Disputes
Who is responsible for product quality?
Each vendor is responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of their own products. Noirajya only provides the digital space for listing and communication.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
Immediately contact the vendor through chat and share proof (photos or receipts). Most shops will cooperate to resolve such issues locally. You can check their shop policies on the Shop profile.
Can Noirajya help with disputes?
At present, Noirajya does not mediate disputes. However, users are encouraged to involve trusted local community members if needed for fair resolution.
👥 Account & Privacy
Do I need to create an account to use Noirajya?
Yes. Creating a free account lets you chat with vendors, manage messages, and place orders with local shops.
How do I delete my account?
Both Customers & Sellers can delete their account by visiting My Account page & selecting the “Delete my Account” Tab. Deleting your account will lead to removal of everything related to your account & it is not recoverabale.
Is my information shared with others?
Noirajya only shares necessary details (like your name or message) with shops you choose to interact with. The Checkout Information is shared with Shops & Shops might share it with Delivery Drivers to coordinate Delivery. Your data is never sold or used for marketing without consent.

Can I report a shop or driver?
Yes. If you encounter fraud, unsafe behavior, or spam, please report it immediately by filling up the Contact Form on Contact page. Noirajya may review and suspend accounts that violate community or legal standards.
