SELLER POLICIES

This Seller Policy explains the rules for shops (“Vendors”) using Noirajya.com (“Platform”). By creating a shop profile, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Shop Profile & Information
- Vendors must provide accurate shop details, including name, address, phone number, product list, and prices.
- Vendors are responsible for updating their information whenever changes occur.
- False, misleading, or outdated information may lead to suspension of the shop profile.
- Seller Store Policies includes “Return & Refund Policies“, “Delivery Policies” & “Customer Service Policies” which are set by the Seller’s themselves.
2. Subscription & Fees
- Vendors must pay Subscription Fees to keep their profile active.
- Subscription fees must be paid in advance through the payment options we provide.
- Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
3. Product Listings
- Vendors must list only products or services they are legally allowed to sell in India.
- Prohibited items include:
- Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, weapons, explosives
- Medicines without prescription
- Counterfeit, stolen, or pirated goods
- Any illegal or harmful items (see Prohibited Products Policy for details).
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, and stock availability.
4. Orders, Delivery & Payments
- Vendors are fully responsible for fulfilling customer orders placed through the Platform.
- Vendors must ensure timely delivery and good quality of products.
- All payments are Cash on Delivery (COD), collected directly from customers.
- Any refunds, replacements, or disputes must be handled directly between the Vendor and the customer.
5. Customer Service
- Vendors must respond politely and quickly to customer inquiries, complaints, or issues.
- Failure to provide reasonable customer support may result in removal from the Platform.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
By using the Platform, Vendors agree to:
- Deliver safe and genuine products.
- Avoid overcharging or misrepresenting products.
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
- Not misuse customer data (phone numbers, addresses, etc.).
7. Platform Rights
- We may suspend, remove, or block any Vendor that violates this policy or receives repeated complaints.
- We may update or change this Policy at any time. Vendors will be notified of major changes.
- We are not responsible for Vendor business losses, cancellations, or disputes.
