2. Payments

• Payments occur directly between the parties involved, typically through Cash on Delivery (COD) or mutually agreed offline methods.
• Noirajya does not collect, process, store, or distribute payments on behalf of any party.
• We are not responsible for any payment disputes, delays, refunds, or financial losses resulting from user transactions.

3. Product Quality & Safety

• Vendors are fully responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and accuracy of the products and services they offer.
• Noirajya does not verify or guarantee any listings, descriptions, or product performance.
• Customers should verify details and exercise caution before placing orders.

4. Deliveries

• Deliveries are independently managed by Vendors or Drivers.
• Noirajya does not employ, assign, or control Drivers.
• We cannot guarantee:
  • Delivery times,
  • The condition of goods upon delivery, or
  • The safety, reliability, or conduct of individual Drivers.
• Drivers coordinate directly with Vendors and Customers to complete delivery tasks. Any disputes, damages, or losses arising during delivery are the responsibility of the involved parties.

5. Driver Responsibilities

• Drivers using the Platform are independent participants, not employees, agents, or representatives of Noirajya.
• They are expected to operate safely, follow local laws, and maintain professional communication with Vendors and Customers.
• Noirajya is not liable for driver behavior, accidents, delivery issues, or any losses arising from driver-related activity.

6. Vendor Information

• All Vendor details (name, address, phone number, and descriptions) are self-reported by the Vendors.
• Noirajya does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of this information.
• Noirajya is not responsible for false, outdated, or misleading Vendor data.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noirajya and its team shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by:
  • Product defects, delays, or failed deliveries,
  • Payment or refund disputes,
  • Miscommunication between Customers, Vendors, or Drivers,
  • Damage or loss of goods during delivery,
  • Unauthorized use of user accounts or data, or
  • The use or inability to use our Platform.
• Use of Noirajya is entirely at your own risk.

• Noirajya does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, policies, or actions of these external entities.

9. Dispute Responsibility

• In case of disputes between Drivers, Vendors, or Customers, Noirajya recommends involving mutually trusted local community members for resolution.
• While Noirajya may, in the future, provide limited communication support, it currently does not offer dispute mediation.
• We are not responsible for enforcing settlements, refunds, or compensation.
• Users are encouraged to maintain clear proof of delivery and payment records for their own protection.
