RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to both Customers and Vendors (Shops) using Noirajya.com (“Platform”). Please read it carefully.
1. For Customers (Orders)
Our Role
- We are a platform that connects customers with local shops.
- We do not sell, deliver, or collect payment for any products.
- All payments are Cash on Delivery (COD) and are made directly to the shop at the time of delivery.
Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel orders by contacting the shop directly.
- Shops may cancel an order if the product is unavailable or delivery is not possible.
- We are not responsible for any cancelled orders.
Refunds
- Since payments are made directly to the shop, any refunds must be handled between the customer and the shop.
- We do not process or guarantee refunds.
- Customers should request a bill or receipt from the shop for proof of payment.
Disputes
- If there are issues with product quality, wrong items, or non-delivery, customers must contact the shop directly.
- We may share shop details for communication but are not responsible for resolving disputes.
2. For Vendors (Subscription Fees)
Free Trial
- Vendors receive free trial during different offers.
- Offers can be recalled or changed at the sole discretion of the Platform.
Subscription Fees
- After the free trial, Vendors must pay Subscription Fees to keep their profile active.
- Subscription fees are payable in advance using the payment methods provided on the Platform.
Cancellation of Subscription
- Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
- Once cancelled, the shop profile may be deactivated or removed from the Platform.
Refunds on Subscription
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds are not provided if a Vendor cancels before the end of a billing cycle.
- Exceptions may be considered only in case of duplicate charges or technical errors, at our sole discretion.
3. Our Responsibility
- We only provide the digital space where shops and customers can connect.
- We are not involved in product sales, delivery, payments, or refunds.
